Aside from linens and towels, you will not need any essentials. 

We stock (and try to encourage folks to re-stock through the season) a full set of paper basics. 

The Kitchen is equipped for packing beach picnics for 16 or for preparing meals for 10 kids and 10 adults. (In separate dining areas -- How great is that?) 

Table settings are not fancy but you will find everything you need: kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, coffee machine, pots, pans, barbeque tools...

Things you can pick up cheap within 2 miles: beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards, yard sports, bike rentals (3 mi), kayak rental (6 mi); charcoal or propane; beer, wine & spirits (East Harwich)

Other things you might bring:  DVDs, CDs, iPod, the Summer Reading list, a rainy day diversion, Summer Beach Reading

You should plan to receive a set of keys and "Operators Guide" a week or two before your lease begins.
